Cindy Moulton
Cindy Moulton co-founded Donum4 to provide an avenue to give back to the community that has contributed to her happiness and success as well as to surrounding communities, near and far; to make a difference in the lives of others; and to set an example of kindness, compassion, and sharing for her two sons, Samuel and Jonathan.
Cindy practices mindfulness, healthy eating, exercises regularly and competed in American Ninja Warrior at age 50. She is currently attending Culinary School, in pursuit of her interest in cooking and baking. Cindy is a Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation, sits on the Brain & Bone Collaborative Committee at Houston Methodist Hospital, is a former Advisory Board Member at the Houstonian Health Club, has contributed to Rice University, Texas Medical Center institutions and cancer research, and was recognized as a Keeton Fellow for charitable contributions to the University of Texas School of Law. Clients regularly seek Cindy’s counsel and expertise in complex commercial litigation matters, securities fraud claims, FINRA arbitrations, broker disciplinary actions, injunction cases, non-competition and trade secret cases, executive compensation cases, and general business litigation matters. She has successfully represented thousands of individual investors in securities claims involving a variety of investments, often including non-traditional securities investments such as limited partnerships, options trading, insurance products, collateralized mortgage obligations and derivatives.
A founding partner of Moulton & Wilson, Cindy has experience as lead counsel handling jury and non-jury trials, injunction proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and appellate argument. She practices in both state and federal court and has substantial FINRA arbitration experience nationwide. She has successfully briefed and argued cases before the Texas Courts of Appeal and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Second Circuits. She has acted as an arbitrator and as Special Counsel to corporate boards.
Cindy enjoys the diversity of her practice and prides herself on her ability to understand complex transactions and the technical issues often presented by new cases. She dedicates herself to learning the fundamental principles of each client’s business and incorporating that knowledge into successfully pursuing each client’s goals.
